What is the material of your jewelry?

Most of our jewelry is made by Sterling silver. It is corrosion-resistant but tries to avoid chemical substances. Also, our jewelry are tested with no allergic reaction, thus feel free to where anywhere anytime and any day.

How to place an order?

Visit our store, choose the products that you are interested in then click “Add to cart” and “Checkout”. Fill in your information and pay.

How can I modify my order?

Please note that we are only able to make a change to your order if it has not been fulfilled yet. If you want to change anything in your order, please contact us via email asteriastudio.official@gmail.com within 24 hours after placing your order.

How do you ship and the shipping fee?

You get a FREESHIPPING offer on all orders, no minimum purchase.

How long will my order take to be delivered?

The shipping time will depend on your exact location. However, it takes 1-3 days for production time and average shipping times are within 1-3 weeks to be delivered subject to country. Pre-order item will take longer time, please leave an email if you’re interested on pre-order or out of stock item.

How can I track my order?

After the order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. It may take 1-3 days to update the tracking details.

How can I pay for my order?

We offer safe shopping and accept payment via Paypal, Credit card, Debit card or VISA. So you can choose the most suitable one for you. All products are listed in Malaysia Ringgit.

What should I do if my parcel lost?

We are not responsible for any item lost or stolen after the package has been posted. To prevent the package from getting lost, please make sure to double check the shipping address to ensure correct delivery.

Since we process orders as quickly as possible, we unfortunately cannot amend any order details or the delivery address even if the order hasn’t been shipped yet. Once you’ve received your order, you may return any unwanted items for a refund.
